Open Scottish Malt & Gin Training Courses for the Hospitality Industry

Be guided by our expert through the whisky regions of Scotland.   Classes include whisky’s manufacture and geographical differences, discover the regional tastes and aromas.  Our tastings use whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in their regions, using Aroma Academy© methods to open up their expressions and illustrate the infinite varieties.  You learn the best method of service and glassware for our national drink and how to talk knowledgeably to customers so as to maximise their enjoyment and gain better quality sales and reputation for your establishment.

All our courses include extensive notes and a quality presentation and tastings using carefully chosen malts, with Uisge Source waters, in our own glassware backed by 30 years of Hospitality experience.

Places are limited to give better guidance and so tickets purchased in advance is required.
